Chapel and the zoo...not entirely different experiences!!

WOW!!!!! The days are flying by! I haven't had a chance to update since Wednesday (12th), but only because we've been SOOOO busy! I'll try to cover through Friday (14th) in this post, then will open several others for the days following. Lots of pictures....ENJOY!!
We'll start with Thursday. Our excitement on Thursday was the koala sighting on campus!! As you can see, some of our students were able to get some pretty good pics. This koala decided to climb a tree just outside the building where most of our meetings have taken place. We felt pretty good, because the Americans weren't the only ones gawking at the koala in the tree!
Thursday consisted of our LeTourneau students hanging out with the Mueller students--going into classrooms and sharing devotionals, having "morning tea" with the students and then lunch. Funny...it took a few of us a while to figure out that the break at 10 in the morning was snack time. The students of Mueller couldn't believe we don't get as mnay breaks as they do during a school day!

Friday was a full day! We spent the morning in chapel with the primary students of Mueller College. They have two chapels in the morning and two in the afternoon. We hung out with the 1-2 graders and 3-6 graders in their chapel services.....

Then we loaded the bus and headed to the Australia "Steve Irwin" Zoo! We spent the entire afternoon at the zoo. Everyone split up and did their own thing. As you can imagine, the Roudkovski kiddos had a blast!!!

Of course, one can't visit the Australia Zoo without seeing the show in the world famous Animal Planet Crocoseum!!!

We had to avoid the mating kangaroos, but other than that we had a great time!! Just a few more pics of our visit to the zoo.....
